I was so honored to be able to work with Raymour and Flanigan to furnish the bedroom in my new apartment. This bedroom is MUCH bigger than my previous apartment, so I was so excited to be able to fill it with a bunch of goodies!
When I first arrived at the R&F showroom, I was in shock at how big and beautiful it was! After being there for over three hours, I had no idea how I wanted to decorate our bedroom! While I have a keen sense of personal style, my interior design brain doesn’t work quite as well. I just can’t envision an empty room perfectly decorated. UGH. So, I felt exhausted and overwhelmed. Thankfully, the store manager let us know that they have a designer, Ren, that works during the week and he could help us pick our and plan our pieces if we came back. So, we did! We made an appointment and head back. He is honestly the reason this room looks so good! He picked the bed, the dresser, the lamps and the mirror for us! Then, he gave us ideas on how to add pops of color since we were keeping it pretty neutral. Mike and I decided on blue with some plants for greenery. I was then able to at least pick pillows and a little shelf decor on my own haha.
Guys, this service is completely complimentary and I 100% recommend it if you’re planning on decorating a room anytime soon. Ren was so helpful and really helped me create a beautiful and cozy space!
