Hey guys! It’s Natasha again, I decided to give you guys my favorite Brussel sprout recipe that I use when I want to eat semi-healthy (there’s a glaze involved hmmmm). This dish is so simple to pair with sesame chicken or by itself as a delish snack! Enjoy xo
A bag of Brussels sprouts
Salt and pepper
Sesame oil to drizzle over veggies
1 TB Honey or agave
3 teaspoons of soy sauce
Sliced almonds for topping
Hot sauce- not necessary but recommended
Preheat oven to 350
Cut sprouts in (halves so they all cook evenly)
Drizzle with sesame oil and season with S&P
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes!
In the mean time grab a small bowl and whisk remaining ingredients. Once the veggies are done cooking coat them in the dressing! Add optional almonds for some more crunch.
