Good Eats

Before you get hungry from looking at my mouth-watering healthy recipes, I wanted to talk a little about myself!

My name is Natalia Juncadella and I just recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and majored in Fine Arts. With one year left of school, I realized I wanted to become a nutritionist. You’d think these are totally different fields, but I’ve realized they’re actually not!

Instead of using paint and canvas, I have decided to take my creativity to the kitchen. Now the plate is my canvas and food is my medium. 🙂

I’m on my way to becoming a nutritionist and registered dietician (wish me luck). In the meantime, I’m sharing simple and delicious ways to eat healthy food that won’t only make you feel good on the inside, but look GORGEOUS on the outside.

Now who doesn’t want that?! Let’s EAT!

I LOVE mixing prints! Checkered prints are super in for fall so it’s always fun to mix to mix two different versions of a similar print. But don’t forget my advice, when mixing prints, always make sure one bring is smaller or bigger than the other. This stops you from looking like a crazy lady!
